This is Zoë's 5th Christmas, but it's the 1st Christmas that she's actually woke up on her own. Chris heard her making her way to our room at 4:30! (We have a split floor plan so she has to cross the living room to get to our room.) So he quickly woke me up and we jumped out of bed. I made it to the bedroom door at the the same time Zoë did. She had this funny look on her face. I looked at her and said, "what?" She looked back into the living room and said, "Come see!"
She said she got everything she wanted. :)
My parents and 3 of my little sisters came over for breakfast and to see what Zoë got from Santa. They all enjoyed playing the Disneyland game for the Kinect.
After they left to go see my sister Stacy and her family, we headed to Chris's parents house.
We hung out for a little while and then headed home where Zoë played and played and played.
She was out before 7:30!
