Working for the Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend. The weather was gorgeous! Saturday we met some friends downtown for lunch at Wintzells and then headed to the Exploreum. FYI: if you order the crab claws off of the appetizer menu for your child because they don't offer it as a kids meal, be prepared to spend $20. It was definitely a shock to us. Good thing we ate every last crab claw between the 3 of us. :)

The exhibit at the Exploreum was the Megalodon: the largest shark that ever lived.

And of course, we spent most of our time playing.

Zoë managed to pull herself all the way up. She's so strong.

And of course, they beat me at tug a war.

Chris bought Zoë this telephone thing. We played with it all the way to Sweet Pea's house.

Saturday night Zoë spent the night with her grandparents while Chris and I went to dinner and a movie with Todd and Melissa. We ate at Bonefish (which was delicious) and then watched One for the Money. Very cute movie.

When Zoë got home Sunday morning, she had to show all the cool things she got at Sweet Pea's. Her favorite were these feather clips that she immediately told me to send a picture to Mrs. Melissa to show Parker.

Sunday we literally spent the entire day hanging out with the Goff's. The kids painted then spent most of the afternoon playing outside.

I'm looking forward to another great weekend. :)
