First Grade

Well, summer is over. We started back school this week.


Yesterday was orientation. The kids had to attend in full uniform. Zoë's uniform changed this year from the dress to the jumper.


She looks so grown, but oh, so adorable! :-)


We met Zoë's teacher, Ms. Holley, yesterday. One of my prayers every year is that Zoë gets a teacher who has a passion for teaching. We've been blessed so far. My other prayer is that Zoë has a passion for learning. Once again, we have been blessed. :-)


Today was her first full day. She was super excited and went in without looking back.


My how time has flown!
