Thursday Tidbits

We woke up to a very wet and nasty day. It's days like this that make me love my new house with a garage that much more!


I mean check out the river in my front yard.


It leads to Lake Shuttlesworth. lol.


Today is also Spring Picture day at Zoë's school. My little girl looks so big. It's hard to believe she will be 6 in a few months.


She got in trouble the other day, and her punishment is no TV for a week. When I informed her that also meant in the mornings while she was eating her breakfast, she told me, in her most dramatic voice, "well that ruined my breakfast." So this morning, instead of watching TV, she decided to watch the rain. She sat there for 15 minutes while she ate her cereal. This kid has me laughing everyday. I'm so thankful I get to be her momma. :)
