Monday

Well yesterday Zoë and I spent most of the day running the roads. I try to schedule all her check up appointments all on one day.

Our first stop was the dentist. She is a no cavity kid! Her dentist and hygienist kept saying what beautiful teeth she had and what a great job she was doing taking care of them. This makes me so proud. Her dentist also said it would be months before she started to lose her baby teeth. He said not to worry though because the longer they keep their baby teeth the better their permanent teeth will be.

And of course this kid picks the slimiest pink frog as her prize! It was gross.

Our next stop was her pediatrician's office for her 6 year old check up. She weighed in at 48 pounds and was 46 inches tall (70% for both weight and height). I asked if she could grow 2 inches in 5 months so that she can ride all the rides at Disney World. She said, "of course mom!" The pediatrician wasn't happy with the outcome of her eye exam, so she recommended we go see an actual eye doctor to make sure her vision was where it needed to be. We go in a few weeks.

Zoë had to get the Hepatitis A vaccination (they added it to the list this year), so what better medicine for a shot then a M&M McFlurry from McDonalds!!

We ended our day going over to my friend Lesley's house. Lesley gave me a new look while Zoë played with Mattox. My poor girl was so tired she didn't even make it 10 minutes before passing out on the way home.
